Coach talks on “The Heart of the Structure” – CONDITION – SKILL – TEAM SPIRIT

The video is 8 minutes long… and there’s bonus footage in here about Coach’s own experience (about 5 minutes into it) as it relates to Team Spirit. Coach reflects of a time that he had “criticism for others” and his internal struggle with that criticism. And his lessons learned.

RECAP

Condition – Mental-moral-physical. Rest, exercise, and diet must be considered. Moderation must be practiced. Dissipation must be eliminated.

Skill – A knowledge of and the ability to properly and quickly execute the fundamentals. Be prepared and cover every little detail.

Team Spirit – A genuine consideration to others. An eagerness to sacrifice personal interests of glory for the welfare of others.
