Day 5 – Friendship – “difference between friendship and friendly” and also how friendship related to leadership (e.g. service to others). Cite: “How To Win Friends and Influence People” published 1936 – Dale Carnegie. Being a good listener and ‘make the conversation about them’.

Day 6 – Loyalty – good conversation on the statement, “Exercising proper judgement would describe my approach to financial decisions.”

Day 7 – Cooperation – finding the best way (and not just fighting for your way). Also engagement of others to get them involved (not working in a silo)
